  • Does your local council permit relocatable buildings to be sited in this area?
  • What size building can you fit on your land?
  • Is there clear access to your site or would you need to obtain neighbours
    consent or possibly organize a crane?
  • Is the site flat or would excavation done prior to siting the building onto your land?
  • Have you had any plans drawn up, or do you need to get hold of an architect?
